In our first meeting, I learn about you - your health challenges, your daily life, and what's not working. Then I create a personalized plan just for you. This includes:

Step 2: Making It Work In Real Life
Here's the truth: Having a plan is great. But actually changing your health takes ongoing support.
My most successful clients continue with ongoing support after their evaluation. We meet as often as you need - weekly, bi-weekly, or whenever questions come up. Most clients meet every 1-2 weeks, but you decide what you need. This regular support helps you stay on track when life gets hard. You get access to all the tools, education, and real-time adjustments to keep you moving forward.
About Cost and Insurance
My services aren't covered by insurance. But here's what I believe: cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting better.
That's why I've structured ongoing support as unlimited monthly visits for one flat fee of $99. No surprise bills. No session limits. No choosing between your health and your budget.
